‘The Exorcist’ is one of the horrifying films. It not only got hit at the box office but also earned money in millions. In 1973 director William Friedman brought William Blatty Novel ‘The Exorcist’ from Box Office. The story of the movie is about a girl who is possessed by a demon. #1. ‘The Exorcist’ movie is inspired by a real-life incident. Back in 1971, William Blatty wrote the novel after Catholic priests performed a real-life exorcism on a boy Ronald Doe who was possessed by demons. The family of Ronald requested to change the gender of the character in his novel so that boy identity remains intact. After the exorcism, Ronald led a normal life.
