Hang The Rapists
Women safety is given utmost importance by every state. Every state is working to develop strict laws against the abuse, rape, and molestation done towards women and Madhya Pradesh is definitely leading the way.

On Sunday at 4 PM, the MP Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan called up a cabinet meeting to approve the introduction of a bill to hang all the accused of raping a girl aging 12 years or below.
The council of ministers on Sunday passed the proposal for amendment of Indian Penal Code (IPC) to make provisions for harsher punishment for rape, molestation, and sexual harassment.

“The recommendation is to impose a fine of Rs 1 lakh for such crimes in addition to harsher punishment for stalking, harassment and rape, and capital punishment for those convicted of rape and gang rape of children aged 12 years and below,” MP Finance Minister Jayant Malaiya said.
He added “For this, the proposal is to add a subsection 376A IPC and 376D (gang rape) IPC. Punishment should be increased under section 493A also.”

According to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data for 2015, MP reported to be the state with the highest number of rape cases (4,391) in the country.
Madhya Pradesh state who used to see itself at the top of the list in the crime against women now has become an inspiration to all other states.
