“Overcome Your Weakness With Hichki”
Nothing can excite Rani Mukerji’s fan more than her comeback on to the silver screen after a gap of four years with some Hichki. Bollywood actor Rani Mukerji was last featured in Mardaani.
In 2014’s Mardaani Rani played a strong character in the cop fighting for the rights of an orphan girl child. While in her upcoming film she will see again taking the side of the marginalized children/student in the school.
Hichki is the story of hope and survival of marginalized student and a teacher with Tourette Syndrome and the first trailer for the film has revealed today.
The forthcoming movie is directed by Siddharth P Malhotra is a story of a teacher who has Tourette Syndrome~neuropsychiatric disorder that causes involuntary movements and sounds. However, Naina (the name of the character Rani is playing in the film sides her syndrome and fight like a hard rock from school administration as they refuse to hire her.

Rani Mukerji had prior said on the basis of Hichki, “I was looking for a script that would challenge and excite me, and Hichki came my way. Each of us has a weakness that pulls us back. It could be a disability or any condition but if we just look at it as simply a hiccup, we can emerge as a winner. It won’t come in the way of achieving our dreams. Hichki is built on this positive premise and I decided to take it up.”
The upcoming flick is set to release on February 23, 2018.
