In Leh from 23rd & 24th June, the Buddhist dance festival celebrated at the Hemis Gompa, a 300-year-old monastery. While the main attraction of this festival is the Mask Dance performed by the lamas in colorful and energetic costumes.

From 15th to 23rd November, Pushkar Mela is primarily a cattle fair as well as the food and shopping experience in the city is amazing.

In Jodhpur and Nagaur from 12th to 17th February, also known as the Sacred Spirit Festival. The festival that takes place inside a fort brings together some of the best artistic and folk singers.

#6. Turtle Hatching Festival

In Harihareshwar, Maharashtra between February to March. This year thousands of newly hatched endangered Olive Ridley turtles waddle to the sea at the Velas.

#7. Tulip Festival

In Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir during April. What can be better than a garden full of flowers? The Tulip Garden is home to more than 20 lakhs Tulips and that sight really eye soothing view.
