These 10 Poets With Their Ghazals And Shayaris Made Us Believe That Urdu Is Indeed A Beautiful Language

I belong to the 21st century where the young generation loves listening music which is a blend of remixes, unplugged songs, and EDM. Today’s generation hardly understands the real meaning of Poetries, Ghazals, and Shayari blissfully enchanted and written by the poets. Well, though I belong to this generation I am deeply in love with popular works by the poets of different eras who made me believe that the language Urdu has a unique magic and there lies a true beauty in the words from Urdu.

There are few poets who with their works beautifully evoked out the charm Urdu words hold. If these poets had not used these words in their lyrics, ghazals, and Shayari I would not have fallen in love with the language.

Below is the list of all such poets below:

1. Mirza Ghalib:

“Hum ko maalum hai jannat ki haqiqat lekin, dil ko khush rakhne ko ‘ghalib’ ye khayal achcha hai”

2. Faiz Ahmad Faiz:
