  • 200 gms Brinjal (baigan)
  • 10 gms Bhang (cannabis) seed powder
  • 2 gms Soda-bicarb
  • 5 gms Ajwain (carom seeds)
  • 5 gms Pomegranate seed powder (anardana)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep-frying
